His career spans over 40 years of which 24 years have been in the public sector and 17 years in the private sector insurance broking company in development, managerial and administrative capacity. His experience as an insurer, insured and intermediary is notable.
Following his drive to bring transparency to insurance, after leaving the corporate sector, he went on to establish Tarjani Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd in 2009, a company that aims to make insurance simpler and accessible for all by focusing on simplicity in terms and conditions of insurance policies and hassle-free claim settlement so as to increase the insurance penetration in India. He joined Team Tarjani in July of 2011 and worked in the Underwriting, Operations, Claims, and Marketing Departments. Prior to working in the insurance industry, he had managed IT and MIS for a food chain.
He has 25 Years of experience in ITES Operations and end-to-end project management across diverse organizations. He has handled financial & insurance marketing and was responsible for organizational growth objectives.
Mr. Srinivas held key positions in ITES, Financial & Insurance sectors. He Possesses skills in business process reengineering, business operations and management, resource optimization, training & development, and reporting & documentation.

A BCom graduate and a qualified insurance broker, with experience of 11 years in general and life insurance. He joined the Tarjani team in 2011, and worked in operations, underwriting, claims, sales and marketing departments.
Prior to getting into insurance, he worked in packaging industries that produced printed foils, basic precious and non-ferrous metals.

She is an accomplished and dedicated underwriting manager with expertise in the Operations Department, Underwriting Department and Marketing Department.

She has 13 years of work experience in total and worked is various departments such as accounts, HR, Finance, and Administration with responsibilities in accounting, operations, payroll, MIS, statutory compliance, AR, Budget & Forecasting
She joined Tarjani in the year 2016 and worked in several departments as operations manager, finance and HR manager, claims and branch head.
